VERO STEWART is Cuban-American comic book artist, illustrator, colorist, letterer, book designer, and (sometimes) human being transplanted from the swamps of Florida to New Hampshire.
Her work showcases the bizarre and colorful wonders of the natural world, and fuses traditional painting methods with comic book subjects. Four years of working in comic book shops
She writes and illustrates FIELD GUIDE TO WONDER, an ongoing magazine about the things that make life worth living. She also gardens, goes birding, knits, and can lick her elbow.
